The HarpinOnRugby Times  A daily online newspaper featuring tweets from "official" Irish grassroots rugby clubs. It's done automatically by the paper.li service and is published via a tweet around 7am.

#2amrugbyfact  Proof that we never sleep at HoR Manor!  A piece of trivia normally pertaining to Leinster/Ireland's next opponents published in the wee small hours.

The Halftime Quiz  If you have access to social media when Leinster/Ireland are playing then you should definitely have a go at the quiz.  Mostly a bit of fun but there is a competitive element and the monthly champion normally wins a prize.

Plus of course there's tweets and status updates on both Facebook & Google+ throughout the day as they pop into my skull.  I reckon this counts as "Rugby Content 24/7", yes?  I'll do my best to stick to it throughout the season. JLP
