Rusty first 40 but way better in the second. Our bench certainly impacted but by then our class was showing through. Class as we know isn't everything...attitude is what counts and that we had in abundance today, which wasn't the case in the latter stages of last season. There is a good hunger, they look angry and that's pleasing. Onto players now: Isa MOTM no complaints there. Others put their hands up JVDF Rob was solid but more understanding needed by the back line (nit picking). Scott Fardy looked good and the back row well...divine 😊. Our pack is just too powerful in essence. Glad about the line out looking more solid though there's still work to be done and the scrum provided a good enough platform for us. All in all a good start to the season and a BPW at Dragons is nothing to be sniffed at. Here's to many more such performances #COYBIB
Very enjoyable @leinsterrugby game. Returning experienced players & young guns combined so well. Isa like a fine wine, only gets better 👏🏼💙— Jackie Mc (@Jackiem23) September 2, 2017
Happy enough with that. A good few of the lads who started were playing their first of the season so a bit of rust was to be expected. Yet we won comfortably enough in the end and got the full 5. Lots to improve on but we know we can improve.
Enjoyable game, positive signs for early season— Darragh||ktulu (@ktulu123) September 2, 2017
Win away from home first game of a new season bonus point in the drawer can't ask for any more

It's all over, full 5 points win for @leinsterrugby— #RugbyLeinster (@RugbyLeinster_) September 2, 2017
Can't ask for much more than a BP away win to start the season.

Been slow starters historically so good to get 5 points on the road. Good to see a couple of new faces on the pitch

5 points in the bag, no major injuries, and Isa Nacewa is a serious 12 (who knew?!). Great way to start the season away from home, academy graduates stepping up to keep the established players honest. We will look even stronger when our top players feed back into the squad.
